1.0.7 Update COMING SOON : D.D.L. 2.0 & NFT Value Enhancement
It’s been about one and a half months since Meta Livly launched! Many players around the world enjoy Item Staking (D.D.L.) in the app and Minting & Trading the items of Meta Livly. Both features are implemented in Meta Livly as a system of Gacha WEB 3.0, and it is planned on returning most of our service’s ‘gacha revenue’ to players and guaranteeing the value of the player’s owned assets. Meta Livly team is trying hard to ensure Gacha Web 3.0 system to work properly. Therefore, we are announcing that there will be a massive update in the contents of Item Staking and NFT Minting & Trading, based on the players’ gaming patterns of the last month.
D.D.L. 2.0
Digital Data Lab, aka D.D.L., in Meta Livly is researching the data submitted by players every day on a 24-hour cycle. The data to be studied is coordinated with items that users have collected in duplicate. Based on the rarity of each item, each study is evaluated. In other words, players who collected rare items more can earn higher profits. A large number of players participated in the research Round that started on August 31st, and the players with the highest contribution received $SD and GP for their research data. In this major update, we want to improve D.D.L. users’ experience and rebalance the research contribution rewards so that more users can participate in the research and bolster SD tokenomics.
◼︎D.D.L. Reward Table Rebalance
The total amount of $SD and GP rewarded by Item Staking is set by applying the pre-incineration rate to the currency spent in gacha the previous week. In the initial stage, an additional reward rate is being applied to the Gacha WEB 3.0 Reward Pool for economic stimulation. In the update, the additional reward rate will increase from 300% to 500%. (However, maximum GP rewards are downgraded. As the applied additional reward rate will be increased, circulation of $SD will be expanded in the app. The additional reward rate will gradually decrease to +0% as the economy matures, so don’t miss out on the benefits you can only enjoy now! ◼︎Limited Number of Data Submission
Originally, there was no limitation on the number of research data submissions, but now one player can submit a maximum of 30 data. This is to power on Meta Livly’s first intention, which is players who collected rarer items can earn higher profits. It is assumed that players will submit the data more strategically since there is a maximum number of submissions. To rank yourself as high as possible, choose wisely which data to submit! In the case of players who already submitted more research data than the limitation, their submission will be maintained until the data automatically gets withdrawn. However, the new submission will be restricted until the number of submitted data goes under the limitation. If you want to submit new data, please manually withdraw the excessive number of outfit data.
◼︎Change in Automatic Withdrawal Period
The time period for automatic withdrawal for research data submitted to D.D.L. will be reduced from 30 days to 7 days. This will be done 24h x 7d after the player submitted the data, and withdrawn items will be sent to the player’s inbox in the next calculation period. Auto-withdrawn data will not be included as the submitted research data, so make sure to check the expiry date.
◼︎Auto Staking
Lastly, we are proud to introduce the most likable feature of the 1.0.7 update! Auto Staking feature is added for more convenient D.D.L. usage and overall gameplay. When the player clicks the Auto button on the coordination page for submission, items of each category will automatically be worn! Utilize the Auto function and submit the data faster and conveniently.
Livly NFT Value Enhancement
Meta Livly provides NFT Minting & Trading functions to guarantee the ownership of items players collected through their time and capital investment and use them to monetize their assets autonomously. Its NFTs consist of utility in-game items or livly to care in the game. Therefore, we believe that it is also our role to ensure the NFTs’ value in the market not to be undervalued. With this update, Livly NFT value will be enhanced by increasing its scarcity.
◼︎Downloading Livly
We would like players to care more livly on their islands and enjoy the virtual world. Until now players had to purchase an empty cage to download a new livly on the player’s island. However, from the 1.0.7 update, the number of gift cages for a new player will be increased from 1 to 3, which means the players don’t have to purchase a cage to add a maximum of 3 livlies on the island. Instead, to download a livly into an empty cage, 500GP is required. Moreover, the cost of purchasing an additional empty cage beyond three is changed from 1,000GP to 50SD. ※ Rewards will be given to all users who have signed in before the update. They will be sent after the update, so make sure to have the latest version of the app. The reward can be received from the inbox and the players should receive it within 7 days. After the due date, the reward will be expired automatically.
◼︎Minting & Burning Livly NFT
In the case of sending Livly NFT into the Meta Livly app, a cage is included as a component of Livly NFT so that the players can take care of livly on the island without purchasing an additional empty cage. On the other hand, when the player exports a livly NFT to a wallet, the cage will be exported with it. From the 1.0.7 version, when the player sends livly NFT into the app, purchasing an empty cage is not required. Visit NFT Marketplace(Jellyme) and download various types of livly! ※ Even when bringing in a Livly NFT that has been minted before the update a cage will be given.

1.0.7 Update is scheduled on October 27th, 2022. For this update, maximum of 1 hour of server maintenance can take place. During the server maintenance time, Meta Livly will not be accessible. Sorry for any inconvenience this could be caused.
